IN case of IVR the first update will take upto 20 mins to reflect on screen
Jio missed call facility is available. Call 9982256700 and call will disconnect after a ring and driver will receive Hi “xxxx” Thank you for location tracking services.

Driver to ensure that the reply or call is sent from the same number where the consent request is received.

NOTE: This is mainly applicable for Dual SIM mobiles. Where sometime consent request is sent to SIM1 and driver sends reply from SIM2
While sending the SMS, if the SMS sending is failed (Failed, Click to Retry).

User can try doing the following checks
1. Check if the Driver has enough balance to send SMS.
2. Try to send a sample SMS to nearby mobile number and if SMS is failed even to that number. Driver has to update his SMS Service Center Number for sending the SMS. This can be done if he can call the Customer care of the respective SIM Provider. (Like 121 for Airtel)
Please check the application (web/mob) if the status is updated as “CONSENT GIVEN”.
- User can track the status in 10 minutes after giving consent - Airtel, Idea and Vodafone
- In case of JIO user has to wait atleast 12 minutes
- In case of JIO ,numbers will be unsubsribe if no location is retrived within 36 hrs
- Please refresh and check the status in App regularly for 4-5 times before contacting helpdesk
- In case of ported numbers status will take some time to reflect
Wait for 10 minutes to receive acknowledgment message in driver mobile or check status of no tracked.
If Status changes to Consent given release the truck or Status is showing Consent not given/Process initiated after giving consent please share driver no details and screenshot/image of driver message screen to Cargo Exchange team so that we can take up this issue with respective telecom operator.
Instruct the Company employee to do the process with driver in presence of him to avoid any challenge during execution
After following all the above steps reach out to us for any issues
User can check the status anytime during the trip based tracking frequency defined
If the vehicle reaches the destination kindly confirm to the driver and end the trip.if it is not done we cannot create another trip with same register vehicle number and driver mobile number.

Few Things to Remember :

In case of JIO, if the number is getting tracked and if the user clicks on “Stop Tracking”, and after sometime again if User want “Start Tracking“ user need to get the consent again from the Driver.
If the Driver has given the Consent as N, we will not be able to track the number for next 96 hrs. In such cases contact our support team, we will try to communicate the same with mobile operator.
The Consent SMS will be valid for 1 hour. The Driver has to give the consent within 1 Hour of starting the trip, either by replying to the SMS received or by force SMS as mentioned in point no 2 above
